Capcom has really been secretive about this particular game. So secretive, in fact, that even after months of being announced, it is still uncertain up to now as to what platform this latest iteration in the legendary franchise will be released on.
However, these particular magazine scans are an exemption to that as we are treated to the first image of a new character. Since the publication is all in Japanese, we really can't get whatever new information there may be about this particular character.
If you really want to know our opinion, however, we can't help but be reminded of the eye-candy boxer Vanessa from The King of Fighters series.

My god! Are you serious? They need to do better than that! It looks like they didn't think very hard on a character. Please no dykes in Street Fighter, PLEASE!!!
...is indeed one of the hottest KoF fighters, if not of all fighting games, especially coupled with her impressive boxing skills. However, as with CHUCKINGROCKSAT SPACESHIPS, I don't really like the design of the character. The face and hair leave a lot to be desired if you're trying to establish a new character. Put her alongside Chun-Li and Cammy, and you're missing something big.
I wouldn't mind if they made her out to be that cute, Valedictorian who secretly has that dark side, who can kick your ass if you think you can get a better score on that midterm exam. But with this, she looks more like that girl who gets hazed by the cheerleaders because she tried to sit at their table in the Cafeteria.
Well, for all you out there that can't read Japanese, her name is Crimson Vapor, although it does seem a strange name for a SF character, but oh well right.
They need to make the characters attractive so people want to pick them in the game. Man, what can I do to make Capcom listen!? I don't want to be forced in NOT BUYING STREET FIGHTER 4!
