The official Street Fighter 4 website has just been updated with some new screenshots and character profiles of the four bosses in Street Fighter II, namely: Sagat, Balrog, Vega, and M.Bison.
Most of the special moves of the characters are shown in the gallery from Balrog's Swan Dive to Vega's Psycho Crusher. The character profiles on the other hand, give out some details (in Japanese) about the four characters.

Yeah - there is nothing better than to have O'l skool characters back - Not disrespect but the mixing and matching characters from other games had not make SF series very good - Keep them separate please - Not Spiderman Vs. Ken anymore -
On another note: MK vs. DC - OMG stop them please!
