Sony's started sending out invites for MAG's public beta enrollment. Note that getting this doesn't guarantee you a spot in the beta. The code included in the invite just nets you access to a closed application form. The beta will be done in waves, so if you don't manage to get accepted once there's still a chance for you to be invited in subsequent waves.
QJ.NET forums member gameplayer502 also clued us in on some of the questions included in the enrollment form. Apparently you just have to answer 10 questions ranging from why they should choose you to whether or not you have and HD and surround sound equipment. Here's a pic of the message you see after completing the form:

however i believe anyone with a GAP account will receive it and they will just set an automatic draw and random ppl will get in like all other betas

it looks like everyone who is a GAP member is receiving this. Since they are doing "waves" of this beta, I bet most people who were asked get to play it.
what is "gap"
I got my invite and i am a GAP member. You have to fill out a survey of sorts before you are officially sent the beta. We'll see.

I'm also in the GAP and received an application form. Who knows if I'll accepted though.
I'm not gap I don't even know how to become a member of gap and I got an invite to register. I just got myself known ad shouted out to slot of people. I hope very much so that I get in. BTW if there are any betas anyone knows of could u please inform me I will become goo friends with u and let you in on stuff I get into. And shout out to any devs or companys I would be of great help for your beta whether it be stress testingor other. Especially the Bad Co. 2 beta love that game. Thanks Psn: DonutDude
