xbots (different from plain xbox owners) are just too stupid, desperate, and pathetic... couldn't think of any worst group of losers around reason why to me PSN will always be better than Live cause of the people you meet... doesn't hurt that most PS3 owners are young professionals compared to the kids running amuck on Live... and these Xbots are what's making the regular xbox owners look bad, they are just plain stupid...



wait for some time and here they come with "MGS is overrated i'd rather play Splinter"... "MGS is too old" just cause Sony and Konami has pawned them again.



then when another stupid Xbot makes up a rumor here goes the "i knew this would come to the 360"... "it's all just a matter of time"..



and then once again "i don't like MGS anyway"... and the cycle goes on... sad group of losers.

THe bottom of the screen is white! Meaning it's coming to the 360 as well as the PS3 (which is rep'd by the black part). Rumor fueled again!!!

Odds are that we will see MGS4 on the 360 at some stage this generation. A year after a exclusive PS3 release the PS3 has gained all it can from the title exclusivity and no harm will come to Sony if Konami ports it to the 360. In late 2009 the 360 will have an large American install base some where between 20 to 40 million. Plus you have MS throwing a big check at Konami to make it happen too. And lets not forget MGS2 was ported to the Xbox later after the PS2 release, and the only reason MGS3 wasn't released on the xbox was because it was at the very end of it's life cycle.



I'm neither stupid, desperate or pathetic for thinking that.



And in the end its only one game, not everyone pulls their willie for this game. I wouldn't care if Halo 3 came out on the PS3 14 months after the Xbox 360 release. So why do PS3 owners get so pissy at the possibility of their precious MGS4 getting ported a whole year after they have finished playing it? Are they stupid, desperate and pathetic?

Only one game from the series has ever appeared on the Xbox, and that's MGS2 Substance. Not even the main title. That's one out of 18 games in the series. Why do people feel so strongly about this evidence when it's so damn weak? That's like saying MGS4 will be on the Wii. If anything, the PC has more proof if it goes multiplatform outside of Sony's systems, since it has 3 games for it.



It's all just rumors. To be able to adjust to the Xbox 360 specs, you'll be waiting at least a year or two, and the Ps3 would have already had several more games that hold the same calibur as MGS4. And seeing as how Microsoft has been planning to make a game that they hope will measure up to the same hype that MGS4 is getting, I don't see them looking at MGS right now.



Every single rumor has been shot down thus far. Not denied, -shot down-. It all comes down to the opening week of the game. If it sells over a million units, don't expect it to be coming to the Xbox 360 anytime soon.

What are you talking about? MGS2 Substance IS the full MGS2 PLUS the VR missions! So it is the main title. What did you think it was?

Well duh! MGS2:Substance came out 1 year after MGS2, so if there's a 360 version in the works, it's likely to be 1 year later as well (giving the PS3 the benefit's a top exclusive brings to a console, and then bringing in more sales for Konami later from the large 360 user base).

It's been denied and that's it, nothing more than that. But many games in the past have been denied to be coming out on a certain format and then the rumours later turned out to be true. So it could happen with MGS4. If there is to be a 360 version, there is absolutely no way Konami or anyone else are going to give it away now. So I don't know why some people seem to expect them to.

No it doesn't. Great sales for MGS4 is a given. We ALL know it's going to be huge! Konami are not going to be sitting around waiting to see what happens because they also KNOW MGS4 is going to have huge sales (just as Bungie knew the same about Halo 3). So if they do announce MGS4 is coming to the 360 in the future, then they would have decided this LONG before MGS4 was released, and if the rumours turn out to be true, then that decision has been made already.



The future will reveal all.

If an Xbox version is made in a year or so down the line, the sales will only encourage konami to produce more high quality games for both systems, with the PS3 having a year long, or so, exclusive!



I mean its also likely the PS3 will see a Bioshock port or maybe even a mass effect port some time soon, nothing wrong to think that is there? Especially if xbots believe MGS4 will eventually be on there system.

Tired of these made up rumors i mean its been shot down by the man him self 6 times and now this. Can't you give it a rest.



I want MS to make me buy the console with original and new games, not claiming to take other games from Sony, cause thats not going to make me buy a 360. Now im getting a 360 for halo 3, Ninja Gaiden 2, don't know what else afterwards. But those are their titles not games from another system.
