If you've been keeping up with the most recent news from Sony, then you'd have caught wind of the tiny fact that the President of Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios (SCE WWS) is no longer Phil Harrison, but Kazuo Hirai. Yes, Phil's up and left, with Kaz taking his place. But what about his pet project and upcoming Sony PlayStation 3 feature, PlayStation Home? Well, it seems that even without Phil, Home is still on its way to be one of the best virtual world service providers ever.
This comes direct from a Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) spokesperson who reassured us that even with Phil's departure, things are still going as planned. The statement released, verbatim:
[It's] business as usual for Home. The projects that Phil has been working on including Home are still on track and are still sticking to their current schedules. Each title and project is supported by a wide variety of people behind the scenes to ensure the highest quality and execution.
Well, that's certainly a relief. Here's hoping it gets handled the way Phil would have wanted it to be handled.

...but after almost a year of teasing, and almost no new information, (except, of course, for the few luckys that are examining the beta), we need to have a little more info to keep us drooling.
What information we have now has grown stale.

The info thats out now is keeping people drooling, like myself.

Why would it be? There is no such thing as a one man show for any game and especially any major service.
