Sony has 'electrifying' announcement on April 27 for inFamous, Uncharted 2 |

Ooh, what a tease. Sony is advertising on their official site that they'll be making an "electrifying" announcement on April 27 - that's Monday.If you go to the frontpage of their site, six banner ads cycle through. The first ad is the one hinting the April 27 announcement.
Of note here is that pictures of inFamous and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves are flashed next to each other, possibly hinting that their April 27 announcement relates to both games somehow.
Any guesses? Could they be announcing demos for both games? Perhaps, perhaps, perhaps. I could go on and on trying to speculate here, but frankly, it's probably going to be bunk. The last time they teased us with a big announcement, it just turned out to be a PS2 pricecut.
Well, whatever the "electrifying" case may be, we don't have to wait long for it. Just chill, relax, and we'll give you guys the news once it hits on Monday.

I think this might be hinting at a demo being bundled with the retail Infamous game. This would give people even more of a reason to bu this game.
If this turns out to be a PS3 pricecut followed by a Firmware update a few days later. April fools again motherf-ers. platypusrme427's idea was actually my first thought. Infamous will probably have Uncharted 2 demo to increase it's sales. I'll probably get it if it does. This is like ZoE with MGS2 demo except that ZoE was actually good and I don't know about Infamous yet.
yea this was like when i got tony hawks proving ground cause it came with the guitar her 3 demo so i bought the game and it sucked chose tony hawk over skate i saw it coming but i wanted the demo. Hopefully this doesnt happen and they just release this over PSN or you get the demo when you pre order uncharted 2. But if it is bundled with infamous then sony got scared about prototype and wanted to secure sales.
I'd like a demo of U2 in infamous, I plan on getting both.
Cause last time I checked, Sony never stated that announcement was huge. It was Sony fans and fanboys thinking it'll be the biggest thing since FF13 being multiplatform. :rolleyes: Well I already know there's a infamous demo coming in early mid may anyway. Since they announced it awhile. Although uncharted 2 demo with iNfamous is highly unlikely. Considering the fact the game 'supposedly' will release in september. That's like 4 months away. Yea. Demo's usually comes out a few weeks or months before...then again FF13 demo released early. :P
