Sony confirms new PlayStation 3 bundle for Australia - Image 1It should be remembered that Sony said once in an interview that it is planning to come up with different PlayStation 3 bundles to address the varying needs of its different markets.

True enough, we've seen a lot of variations recently, with a couple of others still on the rumor basket. But Sony has confirmed one today for Australia that even we here at QJ.NET will find hard to resist.

The new bundle will cost AU$ 799.95 or around US$ 724.91 and will be available on February 14. According to our source, this will consist of a PlayStation 3 unit, two Sixaxis controllers as well as one game from the following selections: Heavenly Sword, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction or NBA 08.

From the looks of it, seems that Sony is really keeping its word about providing a wide selection for its user base. Just keep checking back here at QJ.NEt as we promise to inform you as soon as another one gets confirmed.

im very sorry to this but i think sony aussy is doing this just to phase out sixaxis controler and those titles. so they can introduce a new SKU with dual shock 3. if those bundles do not sell, there will be a delay for the new DS3 SKU on australia.
