Sony CEO Howard Stringer: PS3 infinitely more fun than Wii |

Sir Howard Stringer, Chairman and CEO of Sony, is not only confident with the PlayStation 3 after sales picked up when the 40GB model became available to the market, but he also believes the more powerful console is infinitely more fun than the Nintendo Wii.
"I'm happy that the Wii seems to be running a bit short of hardware ... the PlayStation 3 will come into its own because its [high-end games] are infinitely more fun and demanding and exciting," Stringer told group of reporters according to Guardian Unlimited.
Sony's head honcho is aware of the PS3's struggling in sales compared to the competition, but he foresees better things ahead. "We've some catching up to do, but at least we have the opportunity to connect the PS3 with the PlayStation Portable and beyond," he stated.
November was a great month for Sony's hot console as it sold more than the WIi in Japan, and Stringer said he is now more confident that the PS3 will get through its early cycle. "I'm glad that the last few weeks have generated excitement about PlayStation 3. Everyone's stopped talking about it the way they were six months ago," the CEO concluded.

Well I actually played Warhawk the other day and can tell you that it can beat half the games on the Wii, and games that are coming soon are going to kill it lol. I already have this crazy game called Unreal Tournament 3. Dont see how you see drakes fortune and haze as all the ps3 has (must be smoking somthing strong.)

Oh cause the PS3 dosnt have Sixaxis, I guess it dissapeared in your mind or somthing huh? I get the best of both worlds, I got great and unique gameplay (with the Sixaxis and PSeye), Plus great graphics that the Wii cant pull off.

If you cant get the controls down in about a couple of minutes than I do understand why'd you get the wii lol..

Have you not seen Cod4, resistance, Unreal, Haze, RainbowSix, and Killzone 2? You just showed how much of a fanboy you are by that line.

Like I always said, talking about the PS3 with saying doesn't have games or something like that just change the jingle... the PS3 have many game and awsomes to coming so stop that... it was only 8 months without more than 3 good games but now? wow... if there the worst fanboy of the three is the wii fanboys... I'm the owner of the best of both worlds away from the worst...

I personally don't give a rats A$$ about which system is fun, fact is the PS3 has games i like and i will continue to play them and buy them. I also see some games i like on the 360 and when i get one then i will play them as well. Stop turning this into the Wii rules all debate your just showing your true colors, lowering your mentality and lack of understanding of an opinion.
if you don't agree with this article than say so, but think attacking the PS3 will make you look like smart and cool people.
Anyone behind the Wii sales would actually be happy of the decrease of hardware and Will say the same thing. Im even surprised this is newsworthy. He said nothing wrong in his opinion.
