For the first issue, the adventure begins with a young boy being abducted and dragged into the dark forest, filled with lurking monsters. His rescue and survival rests on a relic hunter and pixie out to save him, but this task was made even more difficult to achieve when they themselves were captured by troll-like creatures.
Those who pick up the first issue will not only find out what happens to this unlikely trio, but will also get the chance to receive an in-game item, the "Spider Bite Sword". For every issue, you can expect an in-game item to be given away.
The Free Realms comic book issue #1 is slated to come out on July 29th. You can preview the comics at the CBR link posted below.
