It's actually split in two. The first half is the pre-rendered CGI clip, while the other half (the one after they flash the title of the game) is the real-time cutscene that eventually transitions from clip to actual gameplay. Lock and load, buddies. Here we go!

Man I'm amazed just how far video games have come. I almost wish I didn't watch that because now I want this game more than ever! Looks awesome!
For some reason, the first part where Rico and Templar shake hands reminds me of a Pixar movie. No idea why lol.
And I'm really wondering what ever happened to Hakka. Guerrilla kind of "demoted" him to P2 in Killzone Liberation. Hopefully we'll see him KZ2.

The game looks great, but the 2nd half of the dialogue is terrible....
