For those who would much rather sing along to the music of The Beatles than go nuts on a plastic guitar, SingStar comes up with a fun alternative. A package will be available containing a regular copy of The Beatles: Rock Band (PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii) plus two wired SingStar mics for your retro-karaoke entertainment.

It's supposed to come out later this month, but release may go only as far as PAL territories.

» Not wireless???!?

Someone dropped the ball here. Seems to me that this would be a perfect release to finally bring the wireless SingStar mics across the pond here to the US. (For those of you in Europe who have the wireless mics, are they as good as I hope? i.e. comparable sound quality, sensitivity, and response to wired mics?)

Just let the damn beatles die already, they are freaking OLD.

Let's all moved on.

» huh?..

this is stupid.. why didnt they go for the wireless mics.. well, whatever, i already got the LE edition anyway..

@Portable

dude, you dunno what youre talking about.. the beatles are awesome.. try it and you might like them.. i didnt care about them before, i just want the drum kit so i bought the LE edition, coz here they dont sell rb2 kits so i have no choice.. then after playing it, i kinda like them now.. some songs are catchy but not all the songs are good, some are too boring too.. but its a great game anyway.. give it a try.. if you want to..

Who cares? People may die but music lives forever. Sadly, the same goes for rap..
