Naruto: PS3 Project scan - Image 1Our favorite teenage ninja in bright orange clothes is back for another video game, this time on the PlayStation 3. Shonen Jump recently revealed Namco Bandai's latest project for the popular franchise, which is currently tagged with Naruto: PS3 Project.

If the title and scant screens imply anything, it seems that development is still in early stages. All we can say is that we like what we see, because we can never get enough Naruto games. We're all riled up after seeing our little shinobi hurting Kakashi in next-gen glory, and hopeful that the PS3's hardware will be put into good use.

Kakashi is clearly dodging and in no way hurt... cause he's so damn awesome.

Anyway, hopefully this and the 360 Naruto game coming out soon will rock. Next-gen Naruto is more than just a fighting game

» WOOT!

Lol I felt a little let down when I heard that the only next-gen Naruto game was being made for the XBOX 360 and later got over it, but this is great, now everyone (Not sure about the Wii, though) will be happy!

» Brilliant stuff...

I'm glad PS3 is getting a proper next gen Naruto, based off the Japanese series. I'd much have this instead of Ubisoft's take on Naruto. (No offence to Ubi fans but I just don't feel that they know how to keep the Naruto vibe going) Thanks Bandai-Namco~

They really should make an RPG for this game, I love RPG games of Anime they make you feel more into to the story.
