Oh, and there's now online multiplayer courtesy of Metal Gear Online, which we now have additional video of.
Look at it, ladies and gents of the gaming world. It's seven minutes of gaming heaven, and it's relatively new footage to boot. Uploaded by Spitz99999 on YouTube, this shows off everything from the myriad uses of cardboard boxes to stealthy machingun sniping.
Sure, the guy playing the game isn't a total master at the whole "killing your enemies" thing, but he does an admirable job of being a cardboard box, at least. That, and he does manage to take down a baddie or two in the seven minutes he's playing. Without further ado, here's the video for you. Enjoy!

Bioshock makes this game look old and stale.

Well, maybe it's gonna do 1080p...fyi, the 360 cannot render at 1080p. And Gears of War is pretty much as far as it can go. Well, CryEngine2 maybe can unlock an ounce or more potential from it, but Unreal Engine 3 maxed it out already...CryEngine 2 will be the only engine that can seriously make PS3 what it is...Unreal won't cut it.
"the 360 cannot render at 1080p." There are a number of native 1080p 360 games available, and have been for quite some time (Virtua Tennis 3 and NBA Homecourt to name just two). The fact that you don't know this simple fact shows there's nothing intelligent to be found in your post.

This guy said 1080p could NOT be done on the 360, I showed that it CAN be done and has been for quite some time. The quality of the games has nothing to do with it, either 1080p is possible on the 360 or it's not. It is possible, those games prove it, and so I really don't understand your problem, especially since both games are ALSO ON THE PS3! That fact is, 99% of all games on the 360 and PS3 are 720p, and there is not a single 1080p game that couldn't be graphically improved if it was running at 720p instead. And your comment about Peter Moore is as brainless and as childish as some 360 fanboy saying the PS3 is tanking and that even it's creator Ken Kuturagi knows this which is why he retired, in otherwords, the 'Father of the Playstation' retiring early is proof that the PS3 is a failure. See, it's just as dumb as your comment about Peter Moore. I don't buy next-gen consoles until the price is cut sufficiently, when there's a handful of AAA games I WANT to play, and when ALL issues with early hardware are resolved. It's getting there, so before long, I will have all three consoles! But unlike some of the kid's here, I don't waste my time pretending to myself that one console is unbelievably 'AWESOME' and the other consoles suck! Unlike some kids here, I don't choose to lie about onme console to pretend it's better than another. So when I see stupid little a$$holes claiming the 360 can't do 1080p, or that Blu-ray is not needed, or that DVD is not enough for next-gen games, or that the Wii sucks, or that the PS3 is overpriced etc, then I will challenge them. The fact that you seem to think that I'm unfairly defending the 360 when it was clearly obvious that the claim the 360 doesn't do 1080p was a LIE, only proves that you're nothing but an insecure PS3 fanboy.
It did look like you were a 360 fanboy here trying to defend the 360 but I see that you are just a gamer straightening out some facts. And I know you are waiting for a price cut but just go splurge and buy a console and you'll be glad you did. I am and I bought it at age 16 on really low salary because I had saved up. And honestly, I don't play games on my PS3 (or any games) because I'm too busy and hardly ever at home. I only use my PS3 now for downloading trailors from the PS3 network store(the mgs4 one is friggin awesome), listening to music, or using Linux. The PS3 with Linux makes for a great computer because its cheap and I have a 32" widescreen HDTV as a monitor that I can lay back in my bed and use. I'm waiting to start games again when the major titles come out like GTAIV or MGS4 come out. But the point is, just go splurge and buy a console or two. They're useful, its worth it, and you know you want a new next gen console right now. :)
Thank-you, that's exactly it. I just see red when fanboys make up lies just to convince themselves that they've made the right purchase. As for me purchasing a console now.... no thanks :). I'm a VERY patience person, and therefore I can happily wait until 2008 before making my first next-gen purchase. This was my principle last gen, and it suited me perfectly then (and I still play them now and again), therefore I feel no reason to change this gen. Besides, it's not as if I can't afford them, on my wages, the cost is not a problem for me at all. Anyway, I'm please you're enjoying your PS3. It's a beautifully designed console and would please any gamer who owns one (even the once hardcore Sony hating 'Mister Common Sense' now owns one! He says he bought it by accident on EBay...Uh huh, R-i-g-h-t!). There are great things to be said about the 360 and Wii too, which is why I'd be happy to own all three, just not yet. :)
