Just as the Xbox 360 version of Sacred 2: Fallen Angel hits gold, cdv Software Entertainment sends out this new batch of screenshots for the multiplatform RPG title.
Showcased here in particular are scenes from within the dungeons, wrapped in darkness and magic. The PlayStation 3 version may still be lagging behind, but I'd say it's looking pretty alright. Anyway they reassured us that it's gonna make the May 12 launch, so no worries.

OMG FIRST! And probably last, nothing to comment about except how booty this game looks. Now quick close the windows! Before some angry sacred fanboy tries to attack me! What that's like 2 people?
Has news of the new Championship mode for Street Fighter 4 even been posted, or did I miss that? Cause' that to me would be newsworthy especially considering it's free DLC. Sacred sucks in so many ways it makes Pamela Anderson jealous.

Thank you for explainining what gold means, I really didn't know, I though it meant so many copies where sold but you proved me wrong.
I'm not sure why you think the game is so bad, I mean do you have a reason? Did you play it on the PC? Can you say "Sacred 2 sucks because..."? I mean Two Worlds was bad because...
1-Bad framerate
2-Unbalance
3-Horrible voice acting
And so on...
Now what about Sacred 2? What can you say about it beside telling me to fornicate with donkeys? What's so bad about it? Did you play the original?
I say it sucks because it has the look of a Diablo clone. I'm not a fan of any american RPGs, because they all tend to look like this game. I haven't played this, but I've seen videos. I wouldn't dare subject myself to such nauseating visuals - I'd see Donkey show before doing that (lol sorry couldn't resist). Don't get me wrong though I'm no graphics whore but this IS the ageof HD graphics. Not to mention the animations are mad choppy. And I bet the gameplay is just level up, do some pointless side quests, repeat. Throw in some mindless PVP and call it a game. Developers like this are only interested in quick cash-ins on this type of game, NOT the quality of their game. Like I said it's just some recycled, re-hashed version of similar games. I use to play FFXI, now THAT game is the best MMO but it fails to get the support it needs to be really great. Why? Because people flock to these POS games because they're easy and cater solely to the loners of the world. I can assure you, taking down say a Nidhogg in FFXI, is far more satisfying than ANYTHING you can do in this game or crap like WoW combined.
The game def. looks horrible. The gameplay seems generic...but the co-op features of this game is the only reason why I am interested.
Other than that, this game has generated very little hype. I will be renting it first.
