I am from Europe, Portugal and i have received an email with the promotional code to get the beta demo of Motorstorm Pacific Rift. The game it's not avaible to download from the PSN and we don't have Qore.

you can have multiple psn at one time anyway the demo is short but its awesome the graphic are beautiful with 60 fps and the gameplay is solid. the finale game is going be great. can't wait!!!

Received e-maill last night, I'm in the UK. Have done the promotion code on the internet and the demo was waiting in my Download list on PS3. Downloading as we speak! Bring on the mud!

i played it :-)

i also received the promotion code, and downloaded it right away. i like the graphics, it looks even better then it's predecessor, but i miss the option to shut the music down, because i prefer to hear the engine sound, and the dualshock3 vibrates a little to much. the gameplay is smooth, but otherwise feels not much different than before. maybe a little harder to master.

im in ireland got an email yesterday and the demo is great im not sure but i think u have to have played the original motorstorm on ur hardrive and have purchased a certain amount off the playstation store im not sure though it could just be selected randomly

I got my invite yesturday, seems like the same old motorstorm to me, im not interested. The game isn't that great and the textures are poor and are being covered up by that weird blur. Surely this can't be the best the ps3 has to offer.

got my email, ermm overall review, its a good demo, a bit too similar to motorstorm 1, VERY buggy, conflicts with in game XMB, poor graphics, i really hope this demo doesnt represent the final game! xx

graphics arent that bad

they are certainly better than motorstorm 1- better vehicle/rider models with HDR lighting effects and shadows, nice shiny effects on the car bodys. a big complaint for me is the gameplay - i cant seem to win any races and if you respawn on the banked curve, you simply fall down as you cant get enough speed to actually go forward. theres also lots of annoyingly placed things in the middle of the road. one thing i do like is that you can use boost a lot more, and when on the bike, you can punch left or right whenever you like instead of pressing square for punch and the horn or making signs to people.
