SCEE forums starts its own PS3 trophy ranking board? |

Seems like the Official PlayStation Forums in Europe has launched its
own PlayStation 3 trophy ranking board. Guess they wanted to get more out of their trophies than just being a pretty addition to the XMB. From the looks of it, it's not an official board. My bad French and the insufficient Google translation of the forums reveal that the board is updated manually. Players who wish to rank their trophy acquisitions against others will inform the forums if they get any new trophies.
This really ought to have been a feature of the trophy system to begin with. Sony should give players a chance to match up their achievements (I said the A word!) against other players. Instead, forum communities have to do it manually - in the age where the Large Hadron Collider is possible, no less.
What's the point of trophies if the only spirit of competition is against yourself?

I've read the whole thing, to be able to get on the list, you add Trophees_01, if it doesn't work Trophees_02 and 03 and...

Um, I constantly check my trophies against other people on my friends list. So it was never competition against just yourself
but M$ has such a monopoly where I live...I only have like 2 friends with a ps3... How do you guys increase your friend list? Do you add just your home friends or do you add and interact with people you meet online in a game?
Yea, I don't know any of my ps3 friends... I just add random people from online games
Simple, I have a YouTube account. You will find many people to add there and in gamespot forums and so on.
Everytime I play GTA IV, I always endup will a bunch of invites from people I didn't even notice playing. And then they never leave me alone, it gets really annoying!
Every time I see " Large Hadron Collider" I think it says "Large Hardon"
So will I from now on!
