PSN store updates every thursday

with the exception of updates so the update could come earlier than thursday or later. Also I hope they change back the font size on the xmb or at least have an option to change it.

this firmware is crap...I wish sony could give us an option to revert this new look to the classic one...and I mean everything not just the xmb screen

!

That'd be a bad move. For issues like this, it's best to release a fix asap instead of giving it a date.

by narutosaiyan - 2009-09-04 23:17:09

xooo naysayers

I find this update if anything, too little, because its a pretty awesome upgrade, and can't find a single thing to say bad about it... Neither have I had freezing problems...

by elliot438bcfc - 2009-09-05 03:54:28
I found no problems so far.

The only problem I am aware of is the Uncharted probllem which causes it to freeze.

People stop moaning

Sony will fix issues in due corse. I know problems exist but they always sort them out eventually.

Sony is such a big piece of crap that plays blurays. Everytime they have an update they blow up a couple hundred thousand PS3's. Sony you fail!

Not that bad

Im Not suew why everyone is crying about the update, it's not that bad. I like the new big font, being diabetic and my eye sight not that great it helps tremendously and the only thing I do dislike, but I can live with it is those ugly grey boxes around your friends avatars.. ug-ly! Hope Sony updates this.

damn

I hope this is fixed before next week for when I buy a PS3 slim, I've got some serious gaming to catch up on. and to whoever bad mouthed Microsoft about their updates doesnt really know *****. I've never had a problem with any of their updates. In fact their customer service is great, no doubt it's because of their constant xbox failures (had to send my one back in once) but their customer service and ability to fix problems ASAP is excellent

Random Words ..

is everyone in Sony on crack ? they screw up and displease customers all the time. im starting to dislike Sony .. But ill a;ways love the PS3 .. no matter what dumb Sh*t is done to it .. and ill always hate the Xbox .. i have no respect for Xbox. and i will never buy one. Wii is great ..

by Stayhye - 2009-09-06 12:39:44
real talk

couldn't have said it better myself......the only good xbox/xbox360 is a hacked one. F**k MS and their eff'in boxes

by Serosis - 2009-09-06 19:24:05
...

You know I used to hate the xBoxes too but after I actually got one it is much easier to like it. Controller scheme is perfect, the only issue I have with it is the total lack of control for fighting games. I would love to be able to hook up a Dualshock 2 just for MK vs DC, Soul Calibur 4 and Street Fighter otherwise it's just great. Although it is kind of distracting because it is the first electronic device that I've gotten in that came in the color white.

No wonder I cant sign into PSN.

I knew it had something to do with 3.00. By the way the person whose buying a Slim, it doesnt come with 3.00, it comes with 2.70 or whatever but the 2nd batch will have 3.00. The only problem Im having with 3.00 is signing into Playstation Network.

...

Can't stand the Xbox controller layout and is one of many, many reason why I sold my original Xbox very soon after purchase. I like the symmetry of the PS pads. Always have, always will.
