For all your LittleBigPlanet questions, the PlayStation Blog will answer. They just launched
"Sack It To Me!" which seeks to ensure the LBP community is well-informed about the issues surrounding Media Molecule's wonder game. For this week's installment, issues regarding moderation and servers are addressed.

Moderation: They're still working on the moderation process. So far, only the users reported using the "Good Grief" tool have been moderated, and majority of these were due to offensive material. They're currently working on it such that users will know if their levels get blocked.

Servers: They've been working on improving the servers, and it paid off. They even give us these stats just to show how much.
  • # of user generated (UG) levels = 177,657
  • # of comments = 1,093,491
  • # of times Story levels have been played online = 36,661,881
  • # of times UG levels have been played online = 22,463,892
  • # of levels played online = 59,125,403
For more info, simply check the source link. Communication is key, and gamers don't like being kept in the dark on issues about their games. Good work, Sackboy. Looks like we'll be checking in with the PlayStation Blog from time to time.
