Rumor: Heavy Rain coming out next year instead |

Geoff Knightley, the host of the show, did mention at the end of the (very long) segment (as in 21 minutes long) that the game will be coming out "next year," exclusively for the PlayStation 3. Actually, there was never really a specific release date given, but a 2009 window was always the given standard. In fact, Heavy Rain is one of those games being looked at to make 2009 finally and truly the year of the PS3. Well, at least Final Fantasy XIII will have some good companion in 2010.
It's a long viewing, as I mentioned above, but it's totally worth it. The gameplay and the information provided really are something worth your time as it gives more insight to Heavy Rain as a cinematic game title.

it's going to take them an extra year, GREAT! At least they have the balls to keep the game and cook it some more unlike other companies just lookin' to push out a game and reap some profits.
Hopefully they finish what they need to so this game truly achieves what they were looking to do with Indigo Prophecy (or Fahrenheit to you Europeans :D). That game was awesome but it was obvious that the developers ran out of time and just rushed to finish the game at the end.

Kojima Proudction Next just got an update. If you keep looking you will see your normal E e 5 and so on but after a while u see a picture of what looks like big boss.
There is also now an R and a P
I'll still wait, I guess. Just gives them more time to work on it and polish it.
They never gave a release date, people just assume too much. That'll teach them otherwise lol.
