Don't do it Square! So many good games coming that a lot of people may be put off by the price and wait until it comes down. How many millions of dollars did it take to make the game times how many millions are going to buy it? They will make great money at $60 a copy. Maybe they want to make up for The Last Remnant's profits.

Don't panic with this price, this is the normal "official" price for a new release in Japan. 8000Yen.

in Europe the "official" price for new releases are 60€-70€ or about 7900Yen - 9200Yen or about 85$-99$ as you see here in Europe we have to deal with higher prices and we earn about the same. This is not new... You in the US have better prices than Europe or Japan. So enjoy it.

I mean a game that usually cost 60€ in Europe wil cost 60$ in USA. That's not fair for Europe... And for this reason the piracy level in EU is higher than in US, the price of games.

I have money (hopefully) put away for final fantasy. However, I am holding off on getting other games because of how damned expensive they are.



Right now there are 4-5 games i'd like to get in the next few months, but being a student I can only get 2 max. Infamous today and nhl 10 when it comes out (held off on 08 and 09). Then waiting for drakes, then hoping the next game will be FF....

Im reading the comments and you guys are acting like 80 bucks(american) is the average price for a released game, lol i live in NY and all newly released games are 60 bucks =/
