Well to start off, the trailer was not very well done, and is on an X360. You have to do more research. I decrypted the file and took the frames/ps and found a few thing in the sky...



-Um.. PS3 has better graphics, and Wii has better games.

-The world has voted PS3 to win Console War by '09

-Blu-Ray is the future, the capacity and speed outwrited the X360s , 200$ atachement by about 6times and the Wiis normal by 12 times

-Wii sports did NOT outsell all of the PS3 games. If you were any smart, the release of Motorstorm and Oblivion IV have just about conquered the Wiis all time record.

-OHH and since the PSP is getting a new hardware this year, start of '08, that means 2 years as well Jakazz! Oh and the PS3 will not have to be upgraded since its already at the highest point of gaming and the games are at only 25-30% power so suk on it Microsoft!

you are a retard, wii sports comes free with the wii, so you would expect that more people would have copies of it than ps3 games

the ps3 has only just come out, the xbox 360 has been out for well over a year, you just wait until about a years time when developers will have been working with the ps3 longer and will be able to produce better looking games than on 360 because of its superior hardware. if you compare the ps3's launch games to the 360's launch games, the ps3's games are mostly better, and have better graphics.

And by the way, thats not a good thing if microsoft are bringing out a console that soon, because that just means they won't have spent much time on it.

Next time, do some research before flaming a console that you can't afford and not actually knowing anything else about other consoles. i think that you are just annoyed becuase you wasted your money on a buggy 360 and you couldn't save up enough money to afford a ps3

I just hope that the restriction's of a DVD9 won't hold the game down. If it was made to take advantage of a 50GB Blu-ray disc it could be a whole country. Hopefully they do that and give the 360 multiple discs or make them download the rest.

If you know anything about the company, THEY ALWAYS DEVELOP ON A HIGH END SYSTEM THEN SCALE THE GAME DOWN FOR EACH CONSOLE!!!!!! They also announced that each system will have episode content for download. Sucks that there isn't a release date for the REAL next-gen system yet.

Blue-ray does matter but mostly for CG footage and sound. CG in 1080i and 1080p take up a lot of disc space, look at Blue Dragon its on multiple disc because of CG. Well sound is a lot better when its not compressed. GTA never used CG and

sound isn't that much of a big deal. So, it still can be a whole country. I have a 360 and a ps3(yes we do exist)and I like both of them but I'm playing my 360 more because it has better games. Sooner or later there will be better games on ps3. Neither system should be bashed this mush. So calm down.

Grand Theft Auto IV is going to be the $#%& and everyone knows it.

A 50gig BD disc can hold up to only 44gig, since the hardware and other stuff must be taken, and a 30gig HDDVD can hold up to 28, since it takes less memory. But in all effect, the BD can store and play better quality and capacity with no doubt.



Why?



Because of its format. Sure you can compress and then decompress, but if it was already decompressed, you can put the disc in (1st time) and play on the console faster!



So overall, i would choose BD for games, but since BD is a litle slower with video, i would go DVD plain for video!

actually to be honest I MYSELF have not used sonys tools, i do though work for a small independent dev(single cellien studios), and we have had the the 360 kits for a awhile and there dandy. I do have a couple of friends for work for the company "Rainbow Studios" whose parent company does indeed have the sony tools and from what they've said ontop of numerous other sonys tools are *****, face it. As for your whole games are all data, chips that can process the most data are the best gaming chip....seriously the cell does provide some very hefty power, its just not suited for gaming applications, only 512k l2 cache lol pretty gimp, non-symmetrical cores? Honestly not that the 360s chip is super great either they just have to tools to harness what power it has. Look at the MANY MANY comparison articles round the net and just look at the diff between ps3 and 360 games(fight night, low res textures, lower poly models on people in the background)And yes games do play better with the 360 con, just look at the design for the ps3 controller, it looks to me like sony desperately wanted to change its design but when they couldn't think of anything then went right back to a 10year old controller. Im sorry but any controller that when anyone picks it up there hands instantly go to the d-pad is dated, I mean weve only been playing full 3d games since what? Since sony introduced it and now there lagging behind in terms of controls. As for sony not MAKING you buy a blu-ray drive, tell me where i can buy a 400-450 version of ps3 without it. All the devs and the majority of the half-smart consumers know sony included blu-ray(and to a lesser extent cell) simply because they want to dominate media they've been at it for years and the games market is one of the industrys sony sees they can push this stuff on consumers .
