Rock Band - Image 1Yesterday, we reported that Harmonix's Rock Band(Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3) would soon get an in-game music store. We're pleasantly surprised that the patch bringing it has actually gone live today and is yours for the taking.

As mentioned before, the music store will now be accessible via Rock Band's main menu. It'll offer a nice range of ways to sort songs, along with previews and information about difficulty levels of each track.

Reports have also mentioned that loading times from DLC are actually faster now. This seems true for both the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. Great stuff, Harmonix. We're looking forward to playing more gnarly tunes on Rock Band because of this.

That is AWESOME!

Previews, stats....way more info then what's on PSN.

I wonder if the songs will also continue to be available via PSN or if they'll stop and or remove what's already on PSN.
