It took some time coming here, but The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena finally gets a release date. Expect the game to hit shelves on April 7 in North America, and on April 24 in Europe. A demo for both the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 is coming this March.

Dark Athena had some problems in its development when Activision dropped the game when it merged with Blizzard. Atari picked up the title last October. You can check out the game's newly launched website after the source link.
