Insomniac Games, responsible for the Ratchet and Clank series, debuted their latest franchise in real time, in front of a live audience at Sony's E3 Press Conference.Formerly known as I-8, Resistance: Fall of Man, is a first person shooting game that takes us into an alternate 20th century reality, where the U.S. and British troops join forces to save Europe and Asia from the Chimera - a species that can morph other humans into Chimeras as well.
What's a war game without ammos? So here, there are a variety of weapons and multiple grenade type. The guns are equipped with a primary and alternate fire. The alternate fire can be used to tag an enemy, so when you fire your weapon, bullets will swarm around the tag before hitting it in one crushing blow.
In addition to an epic single player campaign, Resistance: Fall of Man features co-op, split screen multiplayer and highly customizable online gameplay. There will also be multiplayer support for up to 32 players. Good premise, impressive graphics, an assortment of weapons, and one mean monster makes Resistance: Fall of Man a game to watch out for.
