Resistance: Fall of Man content pack delayed |

PS3 owners who have just downloaded this week's PlayStation Network content onto their shiny black consoles may have noticed something missing from the overall package - the promised updates for both MotorStorm and Resistance: Fall of Man. Of course, while MotorStorm fans don't have to worry as much - they'll only have one more week to sit through before being able to download their update - it's another case entirely for those already itching to tear through the new maps and game modes for Resistance: Fall of Man.
Why the delay? Greg Phillips, Line Producer, explains that as they were in the final testing phase of the global server, a few last minute issues cropped up forcing a lot of the staff to work long hours in an attempt to rectify these issues in time for the promised release date. And instead of handing out a faulty update that would only do more harm than good to the community, they made the tough call to delay the content pack.
Greg assures players that it's not the content itself that has issues, but the global integration of it. So it could probably mean that it'll only take a few days, probably some tweaking here and there so that everyone worldwide can fully enjoy the new maps and modes available in the content pack. At least, we hope so.

Delayed again?!?!?!?!?!?!?! When is is finally gonna come out? Well, atleast it'll be bug free.
when you don't have a unified system to deliver content....hopefully they figure it out and it's not a problem in the future...

That sucks. Oh well, I guess I'll just go play the Halo 3 beta, Gears or war, Ghost Recon Advanced warfighter 2, or Rainbow Six Vegas.
