Resistance 3 (finally) announced for 2011 release

More from the action down at GamesCom - Insomniac Games has finally lifted the curtain on Resistance 3. Although the game isn't by any means new to the ears as we've been hearing about it since last year, this one is official and it's expecting a 2011 release.

 

 

 

Dubbed as Insomniac's "Worst. Secret. Ever.", the game will feature yet more Chimera attacking New York City, which seems like it's on alien guide books and brochures for best cities to invade.

ive owned resistence 2, resistance retribution, and at least played resistence 1 (didnt like it much), and now resistance 3? hell yea, btw was this actual gameplay footage or just a scene from the game?
