The trailer itself shows some graphically impressive shots of Chris Redfield going through zombie-infested areas, blowing - and sometimes slicing - the undead to bits. We also get to see what appears to be the "unknown female mercenary" that's supposed to accompany Chris.
So, the trailer's here, but the countdown on ResidentEvil.com has yet to completely wind down. Last we checked, there was still almost an hour left on the bottom timer. For now, enjoy the new trailer below.

Resident evil has come a long way to look like this. One word to describe it, Amazing....
holy caca's this game looks awsome beyond awsome- cant wait. woohoo! :)
Looks good, but since you play in Africa, most of the zombies you shoot are black, am I right? Isn't that a bit racistic?
And I just hope Capcom doesn't make another shooter. RE was alway about horror and fear, i seriously it doesn't end as a GeoW clone.

I hate to break it to you, but there are a lot of black people in Africa. In RE1/2/3, there were only White people except for Marvin Branagh.
It just so happens that certain areas have different people. Let's take a look:
-France has Frenchies
-Britain has Brits
-America has Trail Mix
-Africa has Africans(or Blacks)
-Russia has Russians
I'm sorry but that's just the way it is. I can easily say the first couple REs are anti-white.
And this game is most certainly a Gears of War clone... which is why the series officially ends with the latest *original* installment of RE. Which I believe to be CVX? The only one I haven't played of course

It's a Resident Evil mod for Resident Evil 4. Seriously, it looks like they changed nothing and you still can't run & shoot. This is a prime example of a rehash.
They even re-used the Animations that the Ganados had when they were approaching/attacking you.
FINALLY i can now go back and play RE - game looks excellent.
But I'm gonna buy anyway, it looks really fun to play! But they should have used something different. I mean, I dislike the things that pop from the mouth (already better from the 4th, since the head was exploding for those, lol.
it looks so bad a$$.
Has anyone seen the movie "Hotel Rwanda?" If you haven't, you should watch it. There are many similarities to it and resident evil 4.

I even noticed a few changes made to the enemy characters, and some have a pale complexion. I think these changes should be enough to calm down the people who would consider this game to appear racists.
