Resident Evil 0's Billy Coen to appear in RE 5? |

For the guys familiar with the Resident Evil franchise, you'll probably remember Billy Coen, the character who became Rebecca Chamber's impromptu partner in RE 0 for the GameCube.In case you're wondering what Billy has to do with RE 5 (he's already been spotted in Umbrella Chronicles), a post by character voice actor Michael Van Wormer (who also voiced Maxi for Soul Calibur) at his blog hints that the ex-Marine (we mean Billy) just might be making an appearance in Capcom's 2008 release.
We say "might", because after Michael posted the announcement on his site a few days ago, Billy Coen - much like he did in the game - disappeared from the site without a trace. We're not sure what to make of this, although the REHorror site speculates that Capcom had Michael remove the name - once again we don't why.
Could the company indeed be fielding Billy in RE5, and would prefer to keep the whole matter under the umbrella (pun intended), or is Billy's possible return just a whole bunch of needless speculation? Time will tell, as will more information in the near future.

I hope not billy was not even very good in zero so i hope they leave him out of RE5. they should definatly put Jill Valentine in Re5 though.
i believe billy is gonna be in this game as a playable character, y because i thought maybe he would before this because resident evil has a curious pattern to it,the pattern is the fact that all playable characters are in two of the game series and are playable Jill: Re1,Re3 Chris: Re1,Re veronica Claire: Re2,Re veronica Rebecca: Reo,Re1 Leon: Re2,Re4 Billy: Re0,? Ashley:Re4,?-idunno about this 1(just put it for fun) for rebecca she is playable in Re1 when chris is in danger and u must play as her to save him, i think u play as her two times or 1, i do know you play as her when you use v-jolt on plant
I think that Billy was great in Zero and I would love to see him come back, you can't be a fan of the series if you don't want to see alot of older charater come backs!!1
... I don't give a f*** if they include him in this game. Just make this game as awesom as RE4 and bring it as fast as possible to the stores :)

Billy is in the RE1 REmake.
it doesnt show chris,its just somebody possibly someone new and thats all we can know because ther wasnt much of a clue to show us what its about so this is what is not an opinion: its somebody that no one knows its zombies again but they run billy or some1 with billy's voice is gonna be in it
I actually believe he's in the game. And besides, people keep saying "Ohh but he doesn't look like the guy in the trailer." Well it's possible that the guy in the trailer doesn't HAVE to be Billy, he could be Chris, and Billy is in the game also anyway. Besides that trailer is 2 years old. They probably changed a lot in RE5. They could also have scrapped the trailer and the guy in it like they did in Resident Evil 2 (See Resident Evil 1.5)
