This title from Idea Factory, Red Entertainment and Compile Heart features the unique concept of breeding characters. Breeding itself is not that unique in RPG games, but in Record of Agarest War's case, the protagonists themselves for the succeeding generations will depend on who the player chooses to marry in the previous generation.

DUDE. WHY IS THIS NOT COMING TO TEH US!? Man, I sure hope somebody translates the game or releases a script. Cause I know I'm importin` this one!
I too want to play this game, but I guess it wouldn't win popular votes. So as of now there's no word of it being release outside of Japan.

I'd love to see this title brought to the US. Looks like a lot of fun. Not sure what my wife would say about the slutty looking anime chicks, but who cares? Anyone know if this title is in any way affiliated with the anime mini-series and previous RPG game "Record of Lodoss War"? The title is just too similar to ignore.

There is no connect between this game and "Record of Lodoss War". The only similarity is the "Record of" part of the title. Usually when you hear a game is being release, you would also get some sought of confirmation of it being release elsewhere as well. But for this game there was never any word of it being release anywhere else. You have to ask yourself how many of this genre of role playing simulation/dating/strategy game have been released in the US. Very few.
uhm...they could've made the sprites better. looks ps2-ish....
the game is looking really cool, but they could have made the animations cooler and more beautifull the watch, they should just have upped the textures and the image quality at least...
