It's raining hot lead in this latest gameplay trailer for Rainbow Six: Vegas. Saving the hostages from execution in this kind of "weather" condition makes it even more difficult for the Rainbow Six team to complete the mission. When enemies fire at will upon seeing you and your team move inside the Calypso, you know you gotta "Duck and Cover". This tactic proves to be an effective option (and perhaps the only one) when the enemies get into a lead-pumping spree.

Of course, it would help if you have a 20/20 vision so you can spot enemies from a distance while stealthily moving to the nearest temporary shelter. The main goal is to save the hostages, but with bullets coming from all directions, your immediate goal is to stay alive.

Birds of a feather gather together.

Ya, I love MS which is a 2nd rated company in the console industry. Because MS sets low standard for the games on their X360, the developers can spend less money and shorter development time to make 2nd or 3rd rated games. Gears of War got about 9.5 out of 10 scores on average. GoW is the only game among entire X360 library which is worth $70, moreover GoW is the only thing which has the ability to compete against all those ‘A’ graded games on the PS3 in this Nov. That’s why all these dozens of gaming publications and websites in the United States gave 9.5 out of 10 scores for Epic. All these gaming sites showed some amount of patriotism for their country in order to fight against console giants from other country. These review scores which were generated in the US are very high; indeed, higher than the scores from other countries in Europe; I checked out 14 (fourteen) different review scores of GoW from Swiss, England, Germany, and other European countries, and the average score was 8.2 out of 10. How ironical this it? It’s so simple, all these American reviewers gave high scores for American developer called Epic and American console maker called MS; No wonder. How objective the review scores from these American reviewers when editors from European countries gave only 8.2 out of 10 for this exact same game called GoW! This is the reason why I love America, this country. It’s also a fact that MS invited all these American reviewers to Bungie’s studio and gave preferential treatment and showed the beta version of Halo 3. It’s also a fact that Epic did the exact same thing as the above for dozens of American reviewers to promote their GoW. Birds of a feather gather together. If you read review scores from European publications, you will know this fact. GoW only got 9.5 or 10 score in graphics category. All other categories, such as presentation, sound, gameplay, lasting appeal, multiplayer component, value, etc got lower than 9. If you can do grade 1 math kids, you will know that the average score must be around 8.5 not 9.5 or some crappy bullsh@t like that. Craps of War, you got ‘O’ for overrated. I know that it’s a fact GoW is the game which has the best graphics on the planet named the Earth. It’s a fact so far until newer games are released. [#1] If these American reviewers gave such nonsense higher scores than other publications in the European countries because they were fascinated by the ground breaking graphics of GoW, these American reviewers lost all the credibility from the readers. They only category which got 10 was graphics not the other categories. [#2] If these American reviewers gave such bullsh@t higher scores than other European publications because they want to show patriotism (Birds of a feather gather together) and imperialism (Americans think they must be better than all the other races – yellow, brown, black - including Japan and European countries) then these American reviewers should be fired immediately because subjective mind is obscuring them when they review games. Here’re some (only some not all) reasons why more than a dozen gaming sites (publications) in Europe gave about 8.2 out of 10 scores for GoW. Frequent bad frame rates (stutter-fest, slide show game); single player is too short (to reduce development time and costs – in other words, rushed); game story is laughable (story is almost non-existent); aiming is not as good as other first person killers; this game is all about camping (skilled players camp and have good scores, rushers have bad scores – over-the-should view shouldn’t be used for multiplayer mode); Button A is context-sensitive, that’s why when you want to run away fast from attackers, you may be locked on a nearby wall instead and give an easy kill for your enemy. Epic had to sacrifice the player numbers for multiplayer, and the result is 8 – is this the true next-generation game?; net modes only offer the most boring, oldest and most traditional mode called ‘team deathmatch’. GoW has no innovation and copied all the concepts from other famous games;

wow wheres the scope

the person playing this should have held the x button to check for the sliencer and the scope, when you add the silencer the gun is easier to control because of less recoil, I love this game and obiviously the scope will make those guys on the balcony easier to see, the level of detail in this game is insane, in the demo I was able to look at the dead bodies of the people killed by the terrorist and tell exactly what they were doing when they were killed, and I love the way my team takes cover, this game so far had the best AI and if something goes wrong its usually the players fault and not the AI's I hope the next ghost recon has AI like this game.

Inappropriate

"they want to show patriotism (Birds of a feather gather together) and imperialism (Americans think they must be better than all the other races %u2013 yellow, brown, black - including Japan and European countries)" You know you had a good point up until this one line I quoted. If you have something to say about consoles or gaming than this site is for that but to spew talk about politics/countries/views of which you do not know about take it somewhere else. I for one do not have these "views" you so undoubtedly (thick sarcasm) have so much knowledge of and would appreciate you watch what you speak. Especially when it is bull*****.

Most of you kids, don’t even know basic knowledge.

My major at University was something which is totally not related to computer software or hardware; but after the graduation, I have spent one semester to study computer programming and analysis as a part time student; so I know more than I need to teach you some basic information and knowledge because the comment threads and forums are full of wrong information and knowledge; even game reviewers and editors write false information because the minimum requirement to become a game editor is high school graduation with 1 year of writing experience (+ San Francisco resident, too). I just checked this out at GameSpot and IGN’s job posting sections; I’m extremely surprised to find out this fact. How about you kids, what do you think? You kids could become one of those reviewers. Every single technical specification in my comment here is based on the articles, documents and even encyclopedias I have read and studied for many hours. The most important thing for a computer to become a powerful system is the CPU. CPU is far the most important; this is the biggest advantage the PS3 has over the X360. Next is GPU of course; PS3’s GPU is slightly more powerful than the GPU of X360; I’m a bit disappointed when PS3 is released more than 1 year later. However, PS3’s GPU called RSX (Reality Synthesizer) can use all 512 MB of main system RAM (XDR 256MB + GDDR3 256MB). XDR (eXtreme Data Rate clocked at 3.2 GHz)’s performance is far superior to GDDR3’s power. Also, Cell Processor has 8 cells (with 1 IBM’s PowerPC based main core) and 7 of them are active. Any developer can assign any number of cells for GPU’s processing power. This simply means that about 2 to 3 or even more SPEs (Synergistic Processing Elements) are only used for GPU’s calculations; therefore, the overall power of the RSX is extremely more powerful than X360’s GPU. The next important things are like main system RAMs and hard drives and et cetera. Kids, if your brains are full and about to explode, just skip to the next comments. Sony internally released a document which said the power of many different consoles. Based on that Sony’s document (Sony must be telling the truth in here, if they included false and wrong information in a document like this, they should have been in big troubles, such as lawsuits from Nintendo and Microsoft; however MS and Nintendo never said anything against this document made from Sony). The PS3’s total power (overall horsepower) is 2.0 – 2.5 times higher than the total power of X360; they couldn’t say specifically because they needed a lot more tests to make more accurate benchmark results. PS3’s power is 15 (fifteen) times higher than Wii’s power. PS3’s power is 35 (thirty-five) times higher than PS2’s power. X360’s CPU is extremely powerful; however, PS3’s Cell Processor is about 1.9 times faster than that. PS3's CPU is about 10 times faster than currently the fastest CPU from Intel (quad-core). PS3’s CPU is about 26 (twenty-six) times faster than Intel’s 3.2 GHz CPU (the normal version, not Celeron). Here’s another very basic knowledge, but most of game addicted kids don’t even know. My co-worker told me that he found out PS2’s CPU is called Emotion Engine (EE); and it’s clocked at 299MHz; then he said PS2’s CPU is as powerful as his old Pentium 2 computer (wrong). After some research, I said this to him. The frequency of EE and your Intel’s Pentium 2’s frequency can’t be compared directly because there’re a few more factors to consider when you compare the powers of CPUs; frequency is just one thing. The best PC’s CPU is currently Intel’s quad-core and its design is only based on 64 bit architecture. Your old Pentium 2’s CPU has 32 bit architecture. PS2’s CPU which was released in the year 2000 is designed based on 128 bit architecture. PS2’s CPU (EE) is as powerful as 1.5 GHz CPU (standard version) from Intel. 1.5GHz is about 1,500 MHz which is 5 (five) times bigger than 299MHz. Or if you want to know how weak Celeron versions of CPUs are, here it is. EE is equally powerful as 15 (fifteen) Celeron Pentium 3 CPUs all added toget
