Look who's coming to the PlayStation 3! It's none other than Hothead Games' Penny Arcade Aventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness Episode One.

The developing company has revealed that because of the huge public demand, they have decided that the episodic RPG-slash-adventure game featuring the dynamic duo of Gabe and Tycho be brought to the PS3 as well.

Says Hothead CEO, Vlad Ceraldi,

We keep getting emails asking why our Penny Arcade game is not on PSN... We have always said we wanted to have our games on as many platforms as possible to give choice to gamers. All good things take time and we are very excited to be debuting our first PS3 title and look forward to bringing more games to this platform in the future.

With this new development, looks like Penny Arcade Adventures is now really ready to conquer the gaming platforms, with the Xbox 360, Windows, Mac and Linux also set to host the game. You can expect to find Gabe and Tycho landing on the PSN come late fall this year.

Do keep it posted for more details on this bit.

» WTF!?!?!?!?!

The game was fun. Interesting story line. I look forward to it's development. However, the PC version had tons of bugs. Most people didn't have a problem but for those that did they either had to start over from the begining or manualy manipulate the save game files which was a major pain in the ASS!!!!
