PS3Eye Camera SDK updated, allows full access to PlayStation Eye |
Ó

Here's a cool release for PlayStation Eye owners who happen to dabble in a bit of homebrew coding. Coder Alex "Alex P" Popovich has released an updated SDK that gives users full access to the PlayStation Eye camera, leaving it open for configuration.
Below you'll find a list of fixes and additions in this release of the SDK. If you're looking for more discussion on this app, you might want to check out this forum thread.
- Created DirectShow camera property page (selectable resolution and frame rate)
- Support for RGB-16/24/32 color output format
- Implemented both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the PS3Eye driver
- Fixed the PS3EyeCamera.inf file so that drivers (32-bit and 64-bit) install correctly
