Keynote from Sony President stated Firm Launch of November 2006 for Japan & America. Also showcased demonstrations of the realtime physics simulation system, which still looks incredible in my opinion.
Also noted was the Simultaneous launch of the Network platform for the PS3, which will include functions such as sharing your Mugshot as you battle in GT and the ability to download additional content (levels, rosters, etc.) for games.

Worldwide launch is cool, but I'm curious about those pictures!! I thought there were no cameras allowed and now I see these small thumbnails of the presentation. I hope we see more.
That was what I was thinking boundless. This is quite amazing to tell the truth. Hopefully the coming E3 we will get more clips of in game footage, and other tests done on the ps3
