With Square Enix choosing not to talk too much about the promised PS3 version of The Last Remnant, it's already become a bit of a longshot, and now Square Enix CEO Yoichi Wada has cast further doubts that it will ever see the light of day.
He didn't quite come out and say it, but during an investors meeting, Wada hinted that their concerns about profitability may spell doom for The Last Remnant's PS3 port. The span of time between the PS3 version and game's Xbox 360 and PC releases may have an impact along with the less-than-than stellar reception of the original releases.

Kinda dumb that SE went back on its word... but I hear the game was mediocre... so it's not like its a big loss.
blame the division that made the game on the xbox/pc first, then thought of the idea to port it for the ps3
i like how they say on their wed site that they are "dedicated to writing unique and creative computer graphics software." and forget to say that they sometime get lazy and copy others unique and creative work.
They copied who's work?
Stop complaining and buy the PC version from Steam.

And while we're at it, I think all systems should offer the old games that we play only for nostalgia for free. We're all old f***s that have already paid for the game atleast once. How about making any game over 10 years old free for your loyal fans.
