PS3 Lost Planet gets Luka as exclusive playable character |
Ó
Like they always say, good things come to those who wait. In the case of Lost Planet (Xbox 360, PC, PS3), eager PS3 gamers will be treated to an exclusive playable character in the form of Luka, a member of the gang who saves Wayne at the start of the game. Luka's inclusion of playable characters is a fitting icing on Capcom's PS3 Lost Planet cake, which will include all extra content available for the Xbox 360 version as well as Frank West, Joe, and Mega Man, the bonus characters from Lost Planet for the PC.
In addition to a hefty price cut, Lost Planet for the PS3 now certainly looks like a good offer at this point.

Everytime I hear new info on this game, it gets better! Hell yeah! I'm so buying it.
I don't really know what to make of this game right now.
My old flatmate had it on his 360, we both agreed that the game suffered from boring level design and massive gameplay flaws (like how you could still freeze to death in a cavern full of molten lava) and in general, really annoying gameplay, but it did have its good points...
All the new content coming for the PS3 release does make this sound like a more palatable title to pick up, but with the huge barrage of triple-A titles hitting the console in the coming months, I have my doubts as to whether a reputedly mediocre title such as this will really stand a chance, but rather end up standing out in the cold...
(hoho, I made a pun!)
