PS3 homebrew Snake Mod - Image 1

Of course you all remember dragula96's cool Snake homebrew game for the PlayStation 3 which was released a couple of days back. It was pretty simple but it was a nice start for brew on our consoles. Now homebrew dev Mythos took the source for dragula96's work and did a little tinkering with it.

Mythos took no credit for his homebrew titled Snake Mod and gave all the props back to dragula96. He says all he did was change the background and replace some images.

Looks like more people are getting their feet wet on this whole BD-J brew wave that's been shaking up the PS3 scene as of late. Download the file below and tell us what you think.

OMFG

I swear if you ruin the PS3 page with useless crap like this life you have done with your PSP page I swear there will be hell to pay. This 1/2 assed crap (in every damn iteration) means nothing to anyone. The idea of hacked fun on a system (mostly ala emulation) is one that may interest but not this dumb crap they people could strum up on the internet anyday! If I start seeing "MSPaint clone for PS3 ver 0.3.2.1 alpha revision 6 release candidate beta 4 second release" and "Super crossword PSEXTREME PUzzle 0.36 Now with 3 more words beta ver!!!!" all over the PS3 page threads I'm going to vomit.

Agreed!

I agree with everything Hush has said. Who wants to play snake on their PS3? Weak!

Well

This is true. Why waste your PS3 time with those games, or with pirated Blu-rays for that matter? However, being a programmer and a computer science major, I find these articles interesting to read. I agree with Hush that it should swamp the page, but so far it hasn't. Good job keeping us updated, QJ! (Even though you often get stuff wrong)

No Appreciation at all!!

You guys really don't appreciate the significance of this. Sure it might be a gimmick game but didnt the PSP started from such a humble root?? Besides, the QJ team ain't charging you a fee every time you visit www.qj.net to look at their news or download their files. (even though they might be abit slow and wrong, but over all pretty good :P)

I have no appreciation for a game I have been playing on my TI-84 calculator since 1995. Sorry.
