PS3 Greatest Hits line gets six new games |

Unlike last year, Sony didn't wait until E3 to announce the six new additions to their PS3 Greatest Hits budget line. As announced by PS3 marketing manager Kim Nguyen, PS3 owners will be able to pick up the following at slashed down prices:- Army of Two
- Battlefield: Bad Company
- Devil May Cry 4
- Gran Turismo 5 Prologue
- Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
- Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction

I can finally pick it up I was holding out on it for so long cause I always though a price drop was going to happen but it never happened until close to 2 years after its release.

umm... most stores that sell these games already sell them at $19.99 with the exception of GT5:Prologue and Metal Gear.... why would anyone want to pay $30 for games that are being sold now as we speak/type/write for 19.99
Maybe they'll just stay the same, but with a red box. o.o I hope so, because I want to get DMC4, and maybe Battlefield in the future.
yea cause i just bought battlefield bad company the other day for 19.99 at gamestop. now if it was the gold edition for 29.99 then it wouldn't be to bad... and walmart sold Army of Two for like 14.99 last week when i picked it up. like i said most of these games are already on the clearance self...
Tell me where i can get Ratchet and Clank for $19.99 because everywhere i looked so far it still costs $59.99 which is ridiculous for a close to 2 year old game. And don't tell me some place that sells used games.
Maybe you need to either open your eyes wider or get your eyes check.
what is the problem with used games? I can understand it when the case is damaged, but Blu-Rays won't get scratches, so the game will always work (unless the disc isn't BROKEN).
Used games are fine for me, someone can make some extra money on an unwanted game and I can enjoy a great game.
if you've waited 2 years to play a game and you still aren't willing to cough up the amount for it then maybe it's not worth playing... sad...
to GodGates; i would hurry with bad company the whole game is online and if u dont get it quick everyone will be done with the game
How the heck is Uncharted not in the Greatest Hits section yet (at least not in North America). It came out in Nov07, and has sold well over a million copies.
I've owned the game since day one, but I have a few friends who are waiting until it drops in price. It's still 60 bones. Ridiculous.
In Europe we already have Ratchet&Clank, Uncharted, MGS4 and GT Prologue in the Platinum Series, and the other listed games are on the same price level than the Platinum games.
What is funny is that on amazon.co.uk some Platinum games are more expensive than the originals (new !)
Uncharted, not being a greatest hit is weird but what about Heavenly Sword?! that game was almost a launch game, and that's still $60, and it's 39.99 used... that needs a price cut... but yay for MGS4 and DMC4 their mine now, was holding out for MGS4 for a trophie patch and i hear thats right around the corner too.
is probably that price because it is selling well. sony only drops the price when sales need a kick. untill uncharted 2 comes out, uncharted one will not need a kick in sales.
