PS3 60GB and PS3 20GB: Spot the Difference

Sony released some pictures of the 60GB PS3. Let's play "spot-the-difference" shall we?

Ok. The difference above is pretty obvious. The PS3 logo and the side panels seem to be plated with silver. But if we take a closer look at the side panels... We find something rather interesting...

Now, we've heard of some rumors a few months ago - some rumors about Bluetooth support, some rumors about WiFi connectivity - and a few of you might still be confused with the difference in 20GB and 60GB specs. But here's the real deal. Look above, and see for yourself. The LED indicator thingymajiggy definitely confirms something worth noting... And to state the obcious... WiFi for the 60GB model is confirmed, and is here to stay.

The 360's true cost is 400 as is the true price of the the PS3 is 600....any other argument is futile! A 500 dollar PS3 comes with more than a 300 dollar 360 but just remenber your paying 200 dollar more.

It's like fist of the north star...the balance will balance out no matter what the personal take on it.

I'll repeat what's already been said a thousand times before just so it's clear.

20gb will NOT have WI-FI

60gb will have WI-FI

20/60GB will BOTH have BLUETOOTH

WIFI != BLUETOOTH

PS3 controllers use BLUETOOTH

Now do something 1+1=2 math. Leave the MONTHS old debunked RUMOURS alone.

Since everyone knows this already and we've been told that all we have to do is get an adapter(eg. Linksys Wireless Gaming Adapter) in order to get full functionality back, the real question should be, will the 20GB pack been able to support location free with the adapter?

Btw, location free would suck for the PS3 if it doesn't have a tv input jack, since that's what location free is meant for. Who would want to load a movie on the PS3 to watch in a remote location, but to transmit a hundred channels from your tv is a different story when you don't have access to cable or satelite!!!
