Courtesy of of a picture we've picked, up, we managed to get a preview of just what the business end of Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock's (also on the PC, Mac, Xbox 360, PS2, and Wii) PlayStation 3 wireless guitar controller looks like.We don't mean the guitar - we're talking about the dongle that attaches to one of the the PS3's USB ports and enables the console to recognize your six-string. Each dongle reportedly comes with a synch button - tap the one on your guitar then the one on the dongle to work them accordingly.
On a more aesthetic note, Activision's apparently ensured that the otherwise unnoticed dongle gets a dose of the GHIII's hard-rockin' tracks, as they've been designed to look like oversized guitar picks. You may also want to clear up some space for them, unless you want them dangling around and accidentally knocking them loose.

On the plus side my pc might reckonise the usb dongle so I can play Frets on Fire with GH1+GH2+a ***** load more wirelessly. That would be nice.
