Reserve for nothing...

I'm not quite sure if what I'm seeing is real, perhaps I'm not just familiar with Lik-Sang's purchase procedures, or maybe I shouldn't have eaten that old slice of pizza. As far as I can tell I you pre-order now they'll ask for nothing, nada, nil, zip, zero, zilch. Even if they decide to suddenly increase the pre-order charge by 400% they'll still end up asking you for nothing.

Now you're probably wondering if you pre-order will get delayed if you pre-ordered it from Europe. Well, good thing those guys from gamestation.co.uk thought of that in advance. Check out the screenshot we lifted from their page below.

If I seem somehow mistaken or confused, you're welcome to correct me regarding this with your comments. Again I blame the pizza. Just check the Terms and Conditions for the Lik-Sang promo on the read link below, perhaps you'll understand it better than I would. No wonder people are pre-ordering stuff like mad in Japan.

» asking for it

it says they do the dirty work of getting units to fulfill the orders = a crap load you'll be charged when they do get them. best bet is to stand in line for days like the rest of the dedicated fanboys like for the 360 release last year. the price of a ps3 on ebay is going to be rediculous. get ready for easily $1,000+ prices. no console is worth that much.

Or jusr preorder it the first day you can preorder which is what i did with my 360 and i went to midnight launch and was the first inline to get 360. The box even has number one on it.

I pre-ordered a PSP from Lik-Sang about six months in advance and when it came available the price they asked for it was around 450$ as I recall. Might've been slightly cheaper than on eBay but still pretty steep. Didn't buy from them, but I'm sure some poor suckers did.
