To those who's been praying for a PS3 version of Running With Scissors' open-world series Postal 3 (PC, Xbox 360) ever since it was announced for the PC and Xbox 360, your prayers have now been granted.
Mike Jaret has revealed to Shacknews that they are indeed creating a PlayStation 3 version for Postal 3. However, don't expect it to be arriving alongside the two other versions, because he says they're still dealing with technical concerns in utilizing the game's licensed Source engine on the black machine. Because of this issue, they can not, as of yet, ascertain when this version will most likely come out.
And speaking of release dates for the other versions of Postal 3, that's actually another issue that the devs are facing. Xbox 360 and PC fans would have to wait a bit longer as it has now been confirmed to be delayed.
Originally, the two versions were slated for a Q2 release in 2009, but now has been moved back to "mid-to-late 2009." No reason was given as to the delay. No matter, we'll be getting back to you guys on this for more updates as they come.
