» Playstation Video Store Costs Too Much

The content on the video store cost too much. Sony really needs to rethink their strategy on the pricing of content. I think they should have a flat monthly fee for unlimited content like Netflix does. Also whats up with them not saving what you download in a downloads list so if you have to download it again in the future? Why should we have to pay again? Also why do they only let you download and use the rentals for one day? I like what how Netflix gives you some content you can stream online as well as unlimited movie rentals for a low monthly fee. If Sony wants continuing business from me on their video store, they need to have a format where you get charged a flat rate for unlimited viewing or allow me to save the content to some other device than just the PS3's internal hard drive.

» think about it

the prices are actually really good if you ask me. if they had a monthly fee then users would be downloading TONS of stuff which would cost WAY more than the monthly fee. The reason it's okay to have a monthly fee for netflix is because you can't get the content immediately and you can only have like three at a time or something. And sony actually lets you download a movie one more time if you delete it just because they are being generous, they could just say well, you deleted it so you can't have it back.. if you were to buy a movie on-line and then deleted it you wouldn't be able to get it back. just think about that. (BTW i'm not trying to flame i'm just telling you my opinion... sorry if it sounds like i'm flaming)
