PlayStation Home: version 1.0 released, more invites sent out |

Looks like the leak from the private Home beta forums was accurate;
version 1.0 of PlayStation Home is now up and ready for grabs.More lucky fellows who downloaded the PlayStation Home theme have also been invited to join the party, so you might want to check your inbox. Note that this has only been confirmed for US PSN members.
Reports from the PlayStation forums also say that invites from the November issue of Qore have also been sent out. No news on when the beta will open up to the public though, but we'll keep you updated.
UPDATE:
It seems there's been some miscommunication somewhere. Although the Beta invites that were sent thanked users for "downloading the theme" (suggesting that's how they got in), some people from the US Home boards have confirmed that they got in despite not downloading the theme at all.
People speculate that the part of the letter thanking them for downloading the theme was a mistake, and the invites were actually the ones awarded to Qore annual subscribers. Thanks to D-0-A for pointing it out!

The "Thanks for Downloading the theme" is a typo, and needs to be fixed, but we are not aware if Sony knows about it or not.

Also the Annual Qore thing, that was a MISINTERPRETATI ON.
By does not mean before. Users had until the end of the day ON 10/29 to buy Qore Annual and get an invite. I know, because I bought it then, and just got in.
Also HOME severs are down for all the new invited personnel. So if you keep getting an error don't worry.

way to go sony... make me buy a service that is spossed to offer exclusive betas and such... and have yet to get a single one from qore....
sure there was SOCOM... but I already had the preorder beta
I downloaded that god awful theme on day one and still nothing....
way to screw with the loyalists who actually depend on what Sony has to say .....

i hear yea man,i downloaded the theme along time ago and installed it but still no invite, then i hear that sony decides who to send invites to by looking at the time you spend online, well i play my ps3 lots(and i mean lots) but again, no invite

so under that logic... I shoulda had my beta invite..... oh yeah and I am a day one 1 qore subscriber
I support sony to the fullest (that my wallet will let me) I should get some kind of gratitude for my dedication...
not to mention I am a member of GAP and an RLS member.....
