PlayStation Home director: behave or get banned |

Much like every other online community, PlayStation Home is expected to be populated with not-so-kid-friendly users. Anyone caught abusing the Home service can have their machines banned and disabled from being used online, warns Home director Peter Edward.
To avoid having too many strict rules, different age groups will be grouped together. While Sony wants the environment to be safe, Edward said, "A large proportion of our demographic is over 18 so we will make a point of catering to that demographic." Better throw away your dreams of hot adult chat though, because we doubt those will be allowed.
If you cross the lines, you better watch out. Edward added, "Ultimately we know a user's details, we know machine details and we know where they live." Behaving doesn't seem to be a difficulty, and Sony expects users to police themselves.
Inevitable victims of abuse can get help from the folks running Home. Those guilty of misbehaving can get their consoles disconnected so they'll have to move houses and buy a new PS3 if they want to get online again, continued Edward.

but they said thet will group different ages together might be bad cause ppl lie about their age to be more mature or younger(depends on the person tastes) and also can't ppl make more accounts if this happen and can a ban be lifted? Well I have to wait and find out
What I mean by that is it will be pretty inconvient to buy a new PS3 just to get rid of a ban and what if they are using a Sub account does it mean it will affect the main account too? then that would be bad for ppl who have siblings who can't act right around others
im pretty sure everything inside your home is private and cannot be filtered by Sony. its anything OUTSIDE that they will be cracking on

BTW, I'm not here for the reasons you think I'm here. I never said I would never get a PS3. Some things just definately have to change first. I've owned every generation game console since the NES, and never bought 2 consecutive consoles from the same maker. At the moment I prefer XBOX, but who knows I could someday go back to sony.

As much as I would like to believe you (I believe all people are intrinsically good), it's just that you've never given anybody any good reason to.
Let me give you an example: When there is something good about the 360, not only myself, but also several other prominent PS3 fans (Folding Junkie and Quixand included) have actually acknowledged that fact instead of just spinning that positive news as something negative.
On the flip side (AND IF YOU ARE ACTUALLY HONEST), you'll realize that Sony has tried really hard, after a bad start, to improve things, and even their software lineup is slowly improving. But the only thing you can do about this is try and find something to criticize, and if you can't find anything, you just make things up, use that to criticize the PS3 (your posts in this article included) and then pretend as if you are cracking jokes. That is the hardly the behaviour of somebody with a lack of bias.

Sony has added so many things since they came back - some of those changes were well-thought out, some were not. But, in ALL of those changes and additions, all you've done is criticize. Even though Sony's software lineup is improving, all you've done is bash. So WHAT is it you are looking for?

You could still use instant PSP transport, but you couldn't speak or move about in HOME. If you leave before your time is up, when you come back in you'd still have the Dunce Cap on or would still be locked in Wooden Stocks.
HOME follow real time physics so like in the Stocks you'd be covered in Tomatoes affecting your view too. In the the corner with the Dunce Cap on, people could laugh at you and point.
I just think that would be so hilarious and the violators would so deserve it!
