I would agree to this petition would be if they are still cross developing the game at this moment. If it prevents another lazy ass job by Ubisoft porting then this would be great. But honestly if they are building it on the PS3 from the start since its timed exclusive and it actually trys to be good on the PS3 then leave it as it is.

PS3 owners/fanboys are so bothered about it being exclsuive or not. They still get the game 6+ months before other platforms, plus the fact that the game will be made for the PS3 and then ported to other formats.

my problem with this game not being exclusive is the fact that a game that could do so much more is being held back by 360's limited hardware. Think about if a halo 3 was being developed for the 360 and the wii and they held back on some of the things that could have been done if the game was 360 exclusive(which it is just making a point), you would be pretty upset too, if this was a game that you were looking forward too. If a game could be done on both with out one being held back by the other then i would not have a problem with multi-platform games.

I belive that more companies should do what Ubisoft are doing and release their games on to the PS3 first and see how it sells. If it sells well then they could easily keep it on as an exclusive just to help boost Playstation's momentum.

I get so sick of the second gen games vs first gen game crap from sony fanboys, Everyone calls Gears a second gen game and RFOM first gen, but Gears is the first game epic made for 360 thus it is a first gen game as well, it does not matter when a game is released but rather how many games for the console a developer has made that matters. Even if you do look at it the stupid way most folks do, PS3 games are on there second gen as well because the console was late but developers should have been planning for a release around the same time as the 360, they have been working on many ps3 games for just as long as 360 games.

Ubisoft are not doing this! This game is being developed by Free Radical, who like last gen, are leading on Sony's console. It's not an example of what Ubisoft are doing in general with their games (who are only publishing Haze btw).

Yes the SP3 can be considered better value for money IF that's what you wanted to begin with, but as GAMES machines only, the 360 is cheaper, as GAMES machines AND HD media players, the PS3 is cheaper.

Maybe I will be objective; if the game would be better if it was ps3 exclusive, I still dont think that would justify leaving 360 owners in the dark. the profits would be greater of course for the company. I believe that if the company was going to be exclusive for a sytem but later change their mind, they should concentrate on their first system more then the others. The last thing I want is an exclusive from Ubisoft. They can't even make a decent port to PS3. They have stated they are going to make everything for the Xblows 270 and port to anything else. So don't expect anything good from Ubisoft. They are in lockstep with microsoft. If they do port a game, it's for one reason, to capture more dollars. They don't make any changes or improvements for the ported platform, other than to get the game to run. They don't care about playstation platform quality, just quanity.

Anyway, it's a fact that PS3 games have less ram available to them than 360 games (since the OS and video take up 84MB on the PS3, compared to 32MB on the 360). So if the graphics in a multiformat game is not as good as some gamers hoped, 360 fanboys claiming the graphics were downgraded because of the PS3's would be no different than your claims about airplanes in GTA4. In otherwords, both equally stupid, naive, and ignorant.

the PS3 cant read the new 50 gig blue-ray disk and its in hardware not software so there will be no patch to fix this it can only read the25 gig single layer blue-ray. Second ten thousand people can sign this petition and they will still make the game for XBOX 360, they don't care if ten thousand people dont buy the game for PS3 when millions will buy for PC and XBOX 360.
