Penny Arcade Adventures Episode One out in two days |
Ó
And so the wait is finally drawing to a close. Hothead Games' Penny Arcade Aventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness Episode One is coming to the PlayStation Network in just a matter of days. Two, in fact.Episode One is dropping in on the online service for the PS3 on October 23 for North America, while other regions will get it shortly thereafter. There are trophies, score ranking, background music and loads more, all for US$ 14.99.
But the treat won't only given to PlayStation owners. In celebration of the release of the game on the PS3, the Windows, Mac and Linux versions of the M-rated game will also be getting a price drop permanently.
Says Vlad Ceraldi, Hotheads CEO,
We're so excited to finally be able to get this version into gamers' hands that we wanted to extend the same value and opportunity to anyone else who hasn't had the chance yet to play Episode One. Other platforms and digital distribution services can make their own decision regarding pricing, of course, but we're recommending under US$ 15 for this and all episodes going forward.
And to make sure that the fun just keeps rolling uninterrupted, they've also announced that the follow-up, Episode Two, will be coming to the PSN before Christmas. Stay tuned here at QJ for more news and updates.
