Patapon, Echochrome devs to speak at UK's Develop Expo - Image 1The annual Develop Conference and Expo may be a Europe event, but it's certainly looking to offer up quite a few Japanese treats.

Organizer Tandem Events has announced that this year's Develop Conference will have members of the development teams for Patapon (PSP) and Echochrome (PSP, PSN) as speakers.

For Patapon, there's the expected arrival of Atsushi Li and Junichi Yoshizama. Li is the director of Pyramid Inc., the development studio that created the game. Yoshizawa is an associate producer for Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios (SCE WWS) Japan, Patapon's publisher.

For Echochrome, we've got the expected arrival of Jun Fujiki and Tatsuya Suzuki. Fujiki hails from Japan's Kyushu University Faculty of Design, and is the creator of the Object Locative Environment (OLE) engine used for Echochrome. Suzuki is the director for SCE WWS Japan, the game's producer.

This year's Develop Conference and Expo will be taking place this July 29 to 31 in Brighton, U.K. The event will be hosting more than 90 speakers and 60 sessions, all of which will be discussing the key elements that go into game development. Further details regarding the expo are available at its official site, via the source link below.
