Michael Pachter's back on the prediction path. This time, he's thrown in his hat into the "When will Rockstar release Grand Theft Auto V?" guessing game once again, reiterating his earlier estimate that we'll see a new GTA in 2010.
Pachter's prediction is actually earlier than the release period estimated by Anthony Gikas of Piper Jaffray last week. According to the Wedbush Morgan analyst, they still expect a GTA game to be released in calendar 2010, but "it is not clear that the game will be released before the end of Take-TwoÂ’s fiscal year ending October 31."
Take-Two Interactive's Strauss Zelnick, on the other hand, said earlier this year that 2010 will be "a year that won't have a multiplatform release of a new GTA."
