OutRun Online Arcade - Image 1

Sega has just confirmed that upcoming online downloadable title OutRun Online Arcade will, in fact, not be running online for the PlayStation Network in North America. Over at Europe though, the HD remake of the classic arcade racer will still be made available on both PSN and XBLA.

So why is OutRun going to be an XBLA-exclusive title for North America? Sorry guys, looks like this one is staying confidential for now. Sega pulled out their "no comment" card. Hmm...

I guess "yeah, we have been paid by Microsoft." doesn't sound so good in the ears of the fans....

it seems M$ is trying to make up for its lackluster 2009 release calendar by spending billions purchasing exclusive demos, arcade games and DLC, how lame is that

Just for the record, maybe he beat VC and though it was the worst game ever. And even if the whole world besides him loved the game, that still doesn't make it fact. Yes, I'm nitpicker. Yes, I'll go away now.

c'mon Sony.

Fight Fire with some goddamn Fire. "Technical" issues can't be the problem since it's coming to EU PSN and I know it's not any sort of other issue like that. M$ most likely is playing the bribe game. It's sad because it's pathetic but it also works. It works well. No third-party developer in their right mind would just say "Well, this is the PS3, no DLC for it!!" with this economy we're. M$ is spending so much of their money to devs to get exclusive crap that it's unreal. I hate saying shiz like that because I know I'll get branded as a fanboy, but whatever.

..

How is it a fanboy comment? its completely true microsoft should be boycotted for the ***** they do trying to force people to choose their console at least as far as multiplatform games go. They are trying to monopolise the whole computer/gaming thing but instead of just making a good product everybody wants they throw money around and chuck out faulty hardware/software

Hmmm

He may not have liked it, however, not liking a game does not mean that it is not good. You have your point and i have mine, i know that this is not a rebuttal to your argument, just an opinion.
