Official Lair details now released |
Ó
Finally, the long awaited details of SCEA's Lair is here. Now allows us, dear readers of QJ, as we dish out everything in Lair's menu.
The gameplay revolves around a story of an unusual team of a warrior and a dragon whose aim is to defeat countless armies to save a civilization. In a world that is on the brink of extinction due to the ravages of wars and conflicts, the only one you can trust is your dragon, trained for deadly aerial and ground assaults.
In large-scale battles - both in air and in land - your dragon is your major asset as its flying, scorching, clawing, and smashing abilities is an advantage that can turn the tides of war. The game heavily relies on the features of Sony's Siaxis controller that delivers flight control and attack movements thru gestures.
This action-adventure game of epic scale is being developed by Factor 5 and it will be released sometime in November this year. Check out the new artwork (above) and more screenshots of the game:

So you haven't really told us anything that we didn't know before. And it took you how long to figure this out? Wow you guys are really on the cutting edge og PS3 news.
IGN is reporting its coming in Spring
Lair is a launch title? I doubt that, someone should check on that. But if it is, I can't wait.
killer game ,cool dragons ,only on the ps3.
Late summer 2007. Source? Sonystradamus... The game need levels and more content before release. They can't ship it with just one level...
they can add them later with downloads
SONY = THIS IS WAITING Every company has their own strong and weak points. Sonys strongest thing is incredible pile of bullsiht... They just love to lie... No matter whats the thing... The games actual name is "LIAR" not "LAIR"...
dont cry cause its not on 360
MICROSOFT = THIS IS A FAILURE Every company has their own strong and weak points. Microsofts strongest thing is incredible pile of junk... They just love to put spare parts together... No matter whats the thing... The console's actual name is "XBuiltFromSparePartsBOX" not "XBOX"... And it took em over a year to admit it!
Coming out next year, late 2007 buckos.
Reminds me of Drakengard, and that was one sweetass game.
